Automating the Complaint handling process

The Complaints handling pocess involves the follow actions:

  • Create a new Complaint
  • Select users for performing the assessment and investigation
  • Perform the investigation
  • Perform the assessment
  • Once both of these are done, then close the complaint

 The above manual process can be fully automated using the cDevWorkflow product.  The following diagram shows how the process is automated:
